• All promotional deliverables will be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of payment.

• Client must provide all necessary brand assets (logos, product images, links, etc.) within 5 business days of purchase.

• HavaChelada will determine optimal posting times for maximum reach and engagement.

• Deliverables do not guarantee specific sales, follows, or engagement numbers.

• All main feed posts will remain visible for a minimum of 1 year from posting date.

• Revisions, reposts, or additional content are not included unless specified in a separate agreement.

• No refunds will be issued once the first post is published.
